These Terms govern your use of siamutils.com and our associated apps, including SiamUtils Workout. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the security of your account.

2. Nature of the service

SiamUtils Workout is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie estimates, workout plans, and AI suggestions in the app are general fitness-tracking tools only — not a diagnosis or medical recommendation. Consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new exercise or diet program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

3. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is." We do not warrant the accuracy of AI calorie estimates, third-party HealthKit/Health Connect data, or continuous availability. We are not liable for damages arising from using in-app information for health decisions without professional consultation.

4. Prohibited use

Using the service for unlawful purposes
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Uploading content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful

5. Accounts and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

SiamUtils's content, branding, and software are our property. Data you enter yourself (e.g. weight, food logs) remains yours.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law, without prejudice to consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR for EU users).

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
